Another Dangerous Storm Set to Hit Northeast Early Next Week
Two powerful Nor’easters have blown through the Northeastern US in just the last week, leaving millions buried in deep snow, and hundreds of thousands of people without power. All over the area, massive amounts of power lines are down and trees have fallen, while many schools and businesses remain closed for severe weather.
Unfortunately for this part of the country, another Nor’easter storm is brewing and moving up the East Coast, which could, once again, bring heavy snow, downed power lines and trees, and extend the difficulty for travel.
Storms like this do not typically occur this late in the winter, rather in late January through February. However, over the last 5 years, well below average temperatures and snow storms have left New Englanders waiting several extra weeks for the Spring season to arrive.
